These Terms govern your use of mynewhire.ai and the services provided by My New Hire LLC ("My New Hire," "we," "us").

Acceptance

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

My New Hire provides AI-assisted tools for small businesses, including website generation and customer-communication features (including text messaging). Every customer-facing message is subject to business-owner review and approval.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under your account.

Text messaging

If you use SMS features, you confirm you have the right to message the recipients and that they have consented to be contacted. You agree to comply with applicable laws (including the TCPA) and carrier requirements. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are described at signup. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, or to send spam or content that violates carrier rules or applicable law.

Intellectual property

We own the service and its content, except for your data and content, which remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My New Hire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
